Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. Prior to purchasing please review all information regarding processing and shipment times:
Please reach out to us if you need an item rush-ordered by a specific date.
Some items require longer processing times, please review item descriptions carefully.
If you're unhappy with an item, please reach out to us to resolve any issues—additional photos or details may be requested. Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not issue refunds or returns on customized merchandise unless there was visible damage during shipping.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and refunds will be issued once an item is received at our headquarters.
Items are handmade and may consist of imperfections that reflect the aesthetic and slight variation in color from the website due to lighting and manufacturing processes. Returns will not be accepted based on slight imperfections that are related to the original item.
Items cannot be replaced or refunded if they break or are damaged while in use. If you lose a single item within a pair, you may contact us to create a single replacement for your purchase.
Items and styles are delicate and fragile, please handle with care to avoid breakage. Items broken due to personal rough handling will not be replaced after they have been safely delivered.
We are not liable for shipment delays that occur at the post office and will not refund an item due to disputes, stolen items, and lost items that should be deferred to USPS, FedEx, et al. Please see the "shipping policies" section for further information.
Shipping Policy
Some items have a 7-10 business day processing time since they are made to order. This does NOT include shipping time, which is an additional 2-5 days. During checkout you will have the option to choose standard or expedited shipping.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, you must let us know within 24 hours of purchase for guaranteed arrival. If a note is not received in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee that anything will arrive by a specific date.
Once an item is shipped, you will received an email with details regarding your purchase and tracking details. We will reach out with any abnormalities in processing or shipping times to the contact information you have provided.
We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I drop it off, or if a package is lost by USPS, and we will not provide refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves our shop, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. we will not refund or replace these items.

Luna Chroma recognizes the importance of your personal information. By accessing this site, using features of this site and submitting information to Luna Chroma, you are bound by all terms and conditions in our policies.
Information you provide: When you complete a transaction through the site, we collect some “Personal Information” (that is, any information that can be directly associated with you), such as your name, title, email address, phone number, address, billing information and other similar information. You may also provide us with certain Personal Information of other people (e.g., if you are sending a gift to someone else).
Analytics: When you access our Site, we may collect information (either directly or using third party services) using logging and cookies which can sometimes be correlated with Personal Information. This includes use of Personal Information to support delivery of the Site, prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage, trends and other activities or at your request. If you correspond with Luna Chroma by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
To communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions. If you contact Luna Chroma, we may use your Personal Information to respond.
To send emails and other communications. Luna Chroma may send you service and administrative emails, messages and other types of communications.
For billing, account management and other administrative matters. We may need to contact you for invoicing, account management and similar reasons and we use account data to administer accounts and keep track of billing and payments.
To investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Luna Chroma does not sell, rent, trade, transfer and/or disclose your Personal Information to or with third parties in order to provide the services or products requested by you under any circumstance.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Protecting Your Information
Luna Chroma implements security measures designed to maintain the security of your Personal Information. These security measures are implemented both during transmission of Personal Information and once received. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. Certain sensitive information submitted, such as credit card information, is encrypted using secure layer technology (SSL) via Stripe and Squarespace. However, no method of safeguarding information is completely secure. While we use measures designed to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will be effective or sufficient. In addition, you should be aware that Internet data transmission is not always secure, and we cannot warrant that information you transmit utilizing the site is or will be secure.
